水の屋へようこそ
Hand-rolled sushi, slow-simmered ramen and iron-grilled hibachi — served in a calm, light-filled room just off Lake Worth Boulevard.
Mizunoya — 水の屋, literally "the house of water" — was born from a simple idea: that food made with care, in a calm room, with good company, is one of life's quiet luxuries.
Our chefs train in classic Japanese technique — pressing nigiri by hand, simmering tonkotsu broth for twelve hours, slicing sashimi against the grain — then bring it all to the table without ceremony, the way it is meant to be eaten.
